Process for Individuals

Chemistry & Goals

We always start with a clear conversation about goals and ambitions.

But we also check the chemistry. Is there trust? Is the connection constructive?

What matters — for real?
We define the direction together. Because if the goal is vague, the process won’t stick.

And if the chemistry is off, we don’t move forward.

Face-2-Face meetings

A Face-2-Face track typically includes a series of in-person sessions, each 1–3 hours.

We meet, we talk, we work — and we move forward.

It’s hands-on and always tailored.
We follow The Muunnos Method™, targeting the relevant dimensions of Power, Money, Manipulation or Transformation — depending on the individual’s role, situation and potential.

No fluff. Just what works.

Implementation follow-up

After the main track, we follow up.

Sometimes we continue working together — over weeks or months — to ensure implementation.

Sometimes we re-engage after a pause. What matters is that the shift lands — and lasts.

It’s not unusual that the process runs in phases.

Because real change isn’t just delivered. It’s built.
